Interesting meter readings


I trust mine, but, not the top one. All it's good for is ACV-yes or no. The adjusting tab does nothing. Sperrys probes are plugged into same strip. Peter

Is that power coming from an inverter, genset, or city power. I have seen some of those analog meters not read right when plugged into a MSW inverter. Just a thought..............

Digital works differently from the analog.

Analog reads milli amps and usually has resistors added to change the range.

The shown unit is for general use as a general indicator.

A Simpson 260 analog would read correct.

Example of old saying...

Man with a clock knows the time.

Man with 2 has no clue.

The top meter is for general use, and would no way be used for complete accurate readings. Just a general indicator.
