Internet Search

They say you can find almost anything on the Internet. I have an old scissor jack for a KIA I used to own. Well I figured I could use it for my TT temporarily until I can afford to buy a new stabilizer jack that broke on our last outing. Only thing is that I couldn't find the handle for it. The jack has a donut hole fitting that you insert a hook type handle on to it to jack it up. I did a search on the Internet and could not find it anywhere. I tried changing the phrase, and found it ..... In New Zealand. I could just about guess what the shipping charges would be for that $7.99 handle. Well, I continued to try to search different websites. No luck. I gave up for a while. This morning I decided to do a little straightening out in our garage. As I was rearranging items on the shelves, guess what I found? Yep, at the end of the second shelf there it was lying in between a pile of wooden dowels. It's true what they say "It's always in the last place you look". What's not true is that you can't find everything in the Internet.

Glad you found what you were looking for. Yeah, funny how that can happen. I had a similar thing happen to me earlier this year like that and after finding what I thought I never would I just had to scratch my head and say "can you beat that". Anyway it saved me a few bucks by just moving some stuff around. Also gave me the idea to get rid of SOME OF MY STUFF.

I know all of you have a junk box in your shop. Bolts, nuts, springs, pieces of alum, steel. Just what you need when you are having to fix something out of the ordinary, Always works, just sort through it. Did it today for a project to mount brake lights on the toad.
RV'ers are very resourceful. Keep up the good work and travel safe.

Technically, yes. But I was looking for something in the US. Not New Zealand. I guess that's why they call it -- World Wide Web. lol.
