I agree with the garage size. You can never get too big. I thought having a 22x32 garage was plenty and now I wish I went longer like 26x32. Oh well.

Our Grand Design Reflection 29RS rests in our backyard plugged into electricity at only 15a. I plan on getting a 50a outlet installed but that's it. No plans for grey/black disposal.

Can't imagine having to store it offsite. It would be such a pain in the ass. Wife and I love walked back and forth to set up our 5er before/after trips.

Ours is in our circle driveway where it goes into the carport and is close enough that the corner of the awning is under the carport 10 steps from the back door and 8 feet from the laundry room door.

Pick it up in 2 weeks for a 3 month trek up the east coast.

But be glad you aren't paying for that. I'm to cheap to go that expensive.
I have a stick built 28x48x14 ft high detached garage. One bay for the RV, the other half for pickup and toad plus lots or storage room for lawn equipment and motorcycles.
About $35k total in 2005 from permitting thru landscaping. Wired, painted, driveway. Everything. I installed siding, wiring and did painting. Everything else contracted out.
