We bought a 2007 Tiffin from a dealer in OK City. On our 2nd driving day the awning motors gave out and the awning deployed on the I-40 outside of Santa Rosa, NM. After fixing it as best we could, we limped into Albuquerque (the closest Tiffin dealer) and stayed there while we waited for parts. I sent an email to customer care at Tiffin explaining what had happened and that the dealer we had purchased the coach from seemed uninclined to help us in any way. Within a half hour Bob Tiffin called to speak with us. He said that he understood our frustration and told my husband that we should send him a bill for any parts that the extended warranty didn't cover. We were very very impressed -to say the least!

Happy with our purchase.

You have to be lying. A manufacturer that cares about their product owners?

All seriousness, there are a few out there. Volquartzen Inc. makes parts for firearms. I emailed about a question concerning a trigger kit I had bought and got a reply within five minutes, from Scott Volquartzen himself! He said he answers as many emails a day as he can, then after telling me how to fix my issue offered to install it for me free with shipping!

While rare, I'll give companies like Volquartzen and Tiffin my money long before I get something cheaper from a company that will write me off.

We've heard a number of reports similar to this about Bob Tiffin from Allegro owners in the RV park we winter at. If we ever decide to switch from fifth wheel to motorhome, Tiffin will be at the top of of our list along with our home state companies, Winnebago and Born Free.

I am sitting in the Allegro Campground in Red Bay, Alabama with probably 100 or so Tiffin owners waiting on factory service. I arrived with a punch list of 20 items, thus far they have gone way beyond my expectations and some 30 or so items have been completed. Here you can to talk to the tecs working on your rig and watch them work on it. At my dealer there is hardly a way to talk to a tec!

I have met Bob Tiffin by simply walking into the admin offices and asked to speak with him... had a 30 min meeting with him just shooting the breeze. My opinion!!!! he cares about his customers !

Mirbigfellow, to join the Tiffin Owners Group here you need to look at the top of the home screen and choose "Users CP". Then you will notice on the left side a menu. I think it is the 2nd set where it shows something about Owners groups. Click on that and use the drop down to show all groups. Find the Tiffin Owners Group and click on the right side to join the Group.

Also on the Users CP menu you will see in the first set on the left, Profile. You can add information there about your RV and contact info if you want to add that. It helps others to help you if you ask questions on here.

I would also recommend that you go to www.tiffinrvnetwork.com and join that forum for Tiffin Owners. It has a wealth of information on systems, problem corrections and contact numbers for Red Bay. Great site! It pays to be a member of both IRV2 and the TRVN network. It has paid off big time for me.

Welcome! Hope I have helped you.

What a refreshing post. Glad to hear that at least one coach maker has good customer service. Next one we buy will be a Tiffin, not a Newmar.

Bought a used 2008 Allegro last year in Florida and in the fall went south again stopping in Red Bay. The place was loaded with people stopping there on the way south to get things fixed. Had an issue with the infamous day/night shades.Took them in to the shop, they were fixed overnight NO CHARGE! Had problem with water heater a Tech came to my rig and fixed it NO CHARGE! Also before going to Red Bay called their Techs about some minor problems and they walked me through the process of correcting them. When I buy another rig it will definetly be a TIFFIN.
