I just had new tires installed all the way around on my 35 ft monaco windsor. The next morning i noticed the front end up and the rear of coach down. When io started coach it said low air. What happened?

Your air bags did not have sufficient air in them, you had/have an air leak. Did your air pressure build up after you ran the engine? Were your spring brakes on until you got air pressure?

Perhaps when the jacked up the MH they damaged the lever that controls ride height - but of course if that was the case, the height wouldn't change when the engine was started. Perhaps damage to an air bag or supply hose while changing wheels which wouldn't be apparent if the hole was small and the engine was running

I started up and ran the coach till the proper air pressure came on gauge. It leveled out OK. Thinking something not right I turned the engine off and some later it went down again. When I went by the place doing the work I noticed they had the back end up on jacks to remove tires on both sides at the same time not on the axle but all the way in the rear of the coach. Do you think they did a no no?

You have an air leak somewhere and indeed I would go back to the place that did the tires, I suspect they did something that caused this,

The rear air bags may not have reseated themselves correctly when they lowered the chassis back onto the axle.

Consider letting the coach air up. Turn off the engine. Go to the rear and see if you can hear air.
