Jensen awm 910

Does anyone also have the Jensen AWM 910 Radio/CD Player there coach. We have one that came in our Crusader 270RET. Not a very expensive unit, but does the job. Well, did the job up to only playing six cd's in the darn thing. NOW when a CD is inserted, all the thing does is set there and clicks. The Disc turns ok, but does not play. Have no idea if there is any kind of warranty on it or not. We have had the coach a little over a year, can someone help me out here?

Have you tried pressing the reset button? This is located on the front of the stereo and near the AUD button. See if this helps.

If the trouble persists, please feel free to call our Technical Services department for warranty assistance at 877-845-8750 M-F 8:00AM to 6:00PM EDT. If I can be of any further assistance, please let me know.

I believe we have the same unit in our travel trailer. We've had a bit of a problem with it reading some DVD's and had a speaker plug issue where it would play on the outside speakers but not on the inside ones, but other than that, it has been OK.

Our trailer has the wall between the front queen bed and the rest of the trailer and the TV spins around. I wish there were some way to work the remote when the TV is turned toward the bed.

Did not know of the reset button until finally reading the little book that came with the coach. I will give that a try and get back with you. If has played fine and at not time any problems, so we were kind of surprised that this issue just popped up.
