Jensen RV 9000
I have lost my screen on the unit, only a blank screen, I have tried the reset still nothing, there is power to the unit just no screen. It was working then I applied the brake at a CG. And then the next day I'm getting a blank screen. Do not know what happened, this unit can't have more then 12 hrs of use. I don't know how to get the screen and menu back. Could it have something to do with the brake? Even when driving I can here the camara come on with the turn signal but still no picture. Can someone help me please? I must be doing something wrong, I'm leaving for Florida and I would like it to work.

Hi Bob, yes i have it and done what it said, but still no picture, it has power for sure but just a blank screen. It shows the red loading bar but still no picture or screen. Maybe I pulled a wire applying the emergency brake but dam if I can find it. They say I m doing a soft reboot, wounding hard to do a hard reboot? I have calls into Jensen and Coachmen , this is a brand new unit. Thanks for answering , I'm leaving for Miami on the 1st. Hope to get this resolved.

Thanks Bob, are you going to Arizona again? I'm on the way to Miami, solo, Linda wants to stay home, but she is flying down to go on our Havana Cruise for 7 days, then she will fly home and I will be back in the end of Jan. For doctors and I'll see if I go back have reservations for 3 months down there. Stay in touch.

Well, I have called Jensen, and they are idiot's. I also called Coachmen , they are over nighting me a new unit. It's my opinion that the backlight display is out and causing the screen to freeze up. Jensen told me to take it to Camping World, what are they nuts? So thanks for your responding Bob, your the only one who did on this forum. Hope to see you again one day.
