JG lube filling online info

anyone else have issue with filling in the correct info in order to get the printed label ? I know my way around the Rv and a computer , but holy cow filling in their required info was way above my head... and then i get emails back of " submitted online incorrectly" So i call to find out details and lady was helpful but i am still awaiting a call from Tom or barney as to what missing info ?? it was not clearly spelled out according to the nice lady on the phone.

Frustrated at the least. If i would have known this I would have had Speed co do the samples..... geezzzzzzzzzzz

I ordered a coolant and engine oil sample kit last year. Didn't have any problems and received the kits promptly. I did send a coolant sample in for analysis, sent the sample on Monday and the results were posted Thursday evening.

Same here. I've done it for two trans oil samples and one engine oil sample.

Well I guess it was me then. The one sample was useless, not really sure why
Disappointed at the least. What a waste of money.

I've done Transynd transmission fluid samples for our Allison twice through JG and never had an issue with filling out the sample label or with the results.

Maybe the problem was the online form? I've sent in a couple of tranny fluid samples to JG with no problems, but always used the paper form that came with the kit.

If you can't figure out what went wrong, there is always Blackstone Labs. An equally well-qualified and friendly place to do your fluid analysis business.

Why don't you try to contact member hzjcm8 since it is his company?
