from our 3400 mile trip NE to WA and back. Our trip went well except we had to dry camp since we have a leak somewhere in our plumbing. Wasn't so bad as most rv camps have decent showers and flush toilets. Just wanted to say that we saw 3 RV accidents on our way out to WA and 2 on the way home. Don't have any idea what happened or which type of RV was involved but when the sink, clothing, televisions are still resting on the roadside as mute testimony to the accident, you know some RVer is in trouble. Said a prayer as we passed each one. kkd

kkd, Prayers pay forward and I expect it's probably the reason why you traveled safely. It is unfortunate to have seen such tragedy on the road.

That many accidents in one trip is unusual. We've been from Alabama to Oregon and back four times in the last three years, and haven't seen a single one. Maybe the reason is we avoid the interstates as much as poosible. Traffic seems slower and less stressful.
