Key West - Moblie RV Detail Suggestion ?

Looking for any suggestions on mobile RV detailers for Key West. Going to be staying at Bluewater Key. The coach needs a good coat of wax and figured it would be best to just get it done down there instead of up north before I leave.

Thanks in advance for any info and feedback on quality of work/prices

G'morning from Deadwood, S.D.!!

BOY!...do we wish we were back at Bluewater!! Stayed there last October, and it was WONDERFUL. It sure is time to head South since right now here in Whistler Gultch in Deadwood, it's in the upper 30's, foggy, drizzly, and a FAR CRY from the Keys !!

Don't know about a local detailer in the Key West area, but ask up at the office and they'll likely have a suggestion. Ya know though,...I'd kinda wonder about the advisability of have a wax job done in that heavy salt air environment. Perhaps it's o.k., but ya might want to ask around a little more before having it done down there. There's quite a few folks here on the iRV2 site that can give you the straight info.

Last time we were at Bluewater (OH I envy you!!!) we had a GREAT mobile detail by Leo ???? cannot recall last name or business name, but will try to find card. As you drive toward Bluewater from Miami, he and his wife run a detail shop on the right hand side of US 1 about 10 miles before Bluewater. The way to spot it - watch for Boondocks Bar, a huge tiki hut (but don't go there for food - weak on the food). About 1/4 mile past boondocks on the right, there is a detail shop under a tarp, etc. Probably hard to stop a bus towing a car, but try ... worth it. Found a number in cell that might be right: 305-395-0399. If that does not work, check with the folks on Lot 1 - they work for the independent rental agent who rents better lots in Bluewater at better rates and is nice - yup I said NICE - to guests. Can you imagine that???
