Question Keyless entry - 2006 Fleetwood Class 'C'

I have 2006 Fleetwood Class 'C', Does anyone know why these things didnot come with Keyless entry in "2006" (Meant in a sarcastic way). I want to put one, does anyone know any implications on this and if I can which one and how much it can cost?

I really appreciate all your inputs

If you have pwr. door locks, you can buy a receiver that will send an open/lock electrical signal to the pwr door actuator with a remote key pad. We installed one in a Marquis...fairly simple and worked well. It's been a while but I guess they still make them - we found it at the Mercury dealership. Otherwise, I would think it pretty much cost prohibitive to install the standard five key door pad along with the whole works. Bob

For the cab doors or the RV entry door? Any Ford dealer should be able to retrofit the Ford system for remote locking. For the RV door, there are aftermarket systems with either keypads or keychain fobs.
