Thumbs up Kudos to Flagpole Buddy

Nearly a year ago, I purchased a 22ft telescoping fiberglass flagpole from Flagpole Buddy (FPB) via RVupgrades. The paint on the pole has bubbled & started to flake off & we could no longer extend the lower sections far enough to get the locking pins in the holes to secure the sections. No doubt, it being out in the rain caused problems, even though I was careful to wipe it off when taking it down & before storing it between trips. Figuring RVupgrades was just the middle-man in the transaction, I sent an email to FPB, with pictures, & asked for a replacement. Being almost a year I wasn't sure what response I'd get.

I received a nice response from Christine Jahnz, the President of FPB telling me they'd send me a new one. Today, it was sitting on my porch when I got home from work.

Thank you, Christine & Flagpole Buddy for great customer service!

How is it one careless match can start a forest fire but it takes a whole box to start a campfire?

Great products - excellent folks to work with. I have two of their ladder mounts and masts - use them as ham radio antenna supports. Super easy to set-up / take-down.

Thanks Lori for the good info... I looked at their site, but only see flag poles that mount to a ladder, which we do not have. I would LOVE to fly The American Flag when we camp,,, is there some other setup that works well other than attatching to the ladder, without a lot of hassle setting up/down ?? Thanks again for a Great site !!

The Flag Pole Buddy can also be used without a ladder.
