the first two are not enforced, they don't want full time residents under 18.

They don't count your pets.

they have houses with fences called court yard villas, so no correct.

No U can't park for more than 72 hours load/unload.

I play golf 3-4 times a week, I know others that play every day, not correct on that one. Infact I'm playing in about an hour

they also have 1800 other activities at no cost, they sell 300+ new homes a month.

most of the rules are there to maintain and benefit the owner, would you want a house with 3' high grass? Junk cars parked?

110,000 can't be wrong but it's not for everyone....
