Strange that the HD andLowes stuff seemed to be ok.

I'm sure that HD & Lowes are paying the higher price for quality flooring that meets the requirements!

After watching about this on TV many times(reruns?) it dawned on me, the only violation is of CARB regulations-the most strict in the U.S.A., none of the other 49 states have been mentioned. So, to me this means it meets those 49 states requirements.

As noted in post 19, those regulations are being adopted on the national level next year. Work with a couple of chemists like I do for a couple of years and you'll find out what really isn't good for you and the reasons why. The human body likes to absorb things you're not aware of and once the levels get too high, whoops, too late…
