Lazy Days MH fire

Arrived at Lazy Days last week on our very slow migration back north and was told of a fire in a Motorhome just before we arrived. The next morning on my walk I happened upon the remains of a Holiday Rambler. As you can see from the attached pictures the MH was destroyed. Looks like the fire started in the rear but entire inside was obviously burned. The site it was located on was also badly damaged, pavement, pedestal, and surrounding trees. It is blocked off from use. As I understand no one was injured. Maybe another reason to test that exit window.

We were actually buying our MH during that time and saw the same thing. I don't have all the info of course, but some of the things seem "off" on this one. All of this is "telephone type" of information, but why a space heater was on and running for what appeared to be hours in weather that was close to 80 degrees seems weird if that was in deed what happened.

Hate when that happens. At least no one was hurt.

My exit window would have been in the heart of that fire ...time to use the front door!

Looks like it started in the left rear quarter of the coach. Could a bad shore power connection be to blame?

From the looks of that curbside photo, looks like another refrigerator fire to me.

Fridge access panel in the first photo appears to be about 3 ft from the burn area.

This same issue was posted on another website as a Aqua-Hot fire. I did not see the fire but that is what the post said
