Makes good sense. Tampa, FL is a long way from anywhere. (Snowbirds excepted).

We will be rooting for Lazydays to be successful.

Can't hurt to give LaMesa a little competition. We're headed that way next winter. Hope there up and running by then.

I must have missed something also. Looking at rv service reviews about the only thing they can do well is change oil and filters.
2 rated them exelent.
4 rated them good
16 rated them poor.
Doesn't rate as a "class act" in my book.

Lazy Days is good at making a show, but needs some work in the customer service department. Too bad it's just icing and no cake.

There is no inventory left there. It seems like a lot of money. I hope it includes all the property including the camp ground I got one day to vacate last fall due to their closing down and going out of business. I did get credit for the unused days I had paid for.

The Camping World store there has been and still is operating.

The Beaudry campground was nice. I'm surprised it didn't get recycled separately by some entity like Encore. They seem to have been acquiring lots of properties.

Lazydays also bought the campground in the deal. It opens September 1st. I called for rates and they are 9-1 thur 12-31 month are $800 with electric and 1-1 thur 3-1 $960.
The prices seem high for the area, when we stayed there when it was Beaudry's it was $625 without electric and only 1/4 of the lots were taken.

That is high for my tastes. It was a nice campground, but not so extra special, and the location is convenient but busy. Maybe they will try to promote rally and convention business like the one in Seffner, FL.

$800/month including electric is about the same price as $625 without it. $175/month for unlimited electric is cheap enough in that climate.

Our bill for the month of January was 625. plus electric 60. and the month of February was 625. Plus 80., 175. in that time period seems high, maybe you should check your coaches systems.
