Since your talking five tires I'm assuming you have multiple axles on your trailer so skip the jacking and get an EZ jack. (blaylock?)

One of the first things we bought for our TT last summer was a spare! I had a bumper mount spare holder that I got at Harbor Freight many moons ago in the garage. And I have a small bottle jack in my truck box to lift it should the occasion occur!
