I like the idea of dedicated pull throughs for over nighters, but I would add water and 50 amps, so we can cook dinner, watch tv, have a nice hot shower without running the genny, otherwise why not just stay at the WalMart!

Only thing is, now they may as well use the regular sites. Just saying.....

Not necessarily, with an easy in, easy out dedicated pull-thru section, you don't have to worry about disturbing neighbors as you leave or arrive, you certainly don't need concrete pads or landscaping. You don't need sewer.....
It depends a lot on location, this idea makes a lot more sense along the interstates as opposed to rural country bi ways.

Possibly, if the park is large enough to provide enough patrons. Otherwise it would need to be close to enough local population to bring in the needed customers.

We have encountered several RV parks with successful bar/grills. None of them seemed to harm the serenity of the campground.

How about a section for " no pets" Parking next to someone with a couple yelping or barking dogs get real old after awhile. We are not all pet lovers.

Now that's an idea I like! I love dogs and cats, but not the "yappy" kind!

Problem is no one thinks their darling little dog is the yappy kind. And of course, he/she will not bite. RIGHT.

As a child, I liked dogs - always had at least one. My first adult job as a meter reader for an electric utility changed that. Spend all day fighting off dogs and being bitten several times will change your mind.

That would do it alright!

MS HappyCampers ... are you going to recap and design the ideal park with all the new ideas? LOL

Sort of reminds me of the old adage that a camel is a horse designed by a committee.

I'll design it if you'll pay for it!

[QUOTE=MSHappyCampers;2698359]I'll design it if you'll pay for it! [

I like the idea of a nice "pub" decent food and a selection of local craft beers and regional wines, and of course a nice happy hour. It could be located in the clubhouse of the Executive 9 hole golf course.
I would like to see a laundry room with machines that take debit cards.
Don't forget partition walls around the utilities, nothing grosser than your neighbor emptying his tanks while your cooking breakfast.
...and, most important, the ocean view lots need easy access to,the beach.

Get me a price! 😉

We said RV Park, not a luxury resort!
