I am not aware of another thread on this and have to admit I am one who enjoys walking around and gawking at others set ups.

I am also the same guy that takes about 3 hours until I feel everything is set up to where I like it after arriving.
In fact, I usually encourage the DW and kids to take the dog for a walk and get some ice cream while I brainstorm.

We don't do anything overly extensive out side. Depending on area of our camping spot, we might move the table ( if they have one) under the awning for shade.

We set out our chairs and cocktail table near the outdoor tv and get the grill out!

On rare occasions when we have been someplace for more than three or four days, I may put some plants out, but that's about it.

Most of our trips are up and down the west coast ( San Diego to Portland) so we spend two- three nights as we make our way. Once in the Portland area we stay for extended times at our daughter and SiL farm with rv hook ups, so no need to do much there as they have beautiful our door space.

We also go to the Vegas area a lot, but our friends there own a space fully tricked out with tvs , fridges, grills, so we hang at their spot! We also hit the Utah national parks, but again, we usually will just set out chairs and grill.

Depends. This weekend we moved around so only took bikes off ladder rack, moved pinic table under awning and put a rug by the step.

Ours is a minimalistic set-up too, put down the patio mat, move table under awning, get out 2 reclining chairs, an end table, and grill, it's now Miller Time!

We try to keep it simple, especially if only a weekend. Once backed in we try to be done in 30-45 minutes. Level, unhook, connect water &sewer etc, open kitchen connect stove and grill. While I do that the wife does the corner jacks and rugs. We move the table under the awning and set up our 2 chairs and table, open the slides and the awning. Done and camping and sure helps on the close up end as well. Always neat and clean. If we camp long we might put the table up under an easy up and add a few lights. The only other thing we do is to put a tarp up over the kitchen if we expect rain.

I'm with you Eric--love to see everyone's outside layout! I have two distinct routines, depending on how long we are staying put. If we are only staying for a 2 or 3 day weekend, it's quite minimal, and usually just my camp stove (or grill). If we are staying longer than that I put an extensive outdoor kitchen and living space out there.. I haven't taken any pictures to share, but I will monitor this thread and post some eventually!

My "extensive" setup would include a 3-burner Camp Chef Stove (with Pizza oven as our menu demands it!), a Cabella's Deluxe Camper's Kitchen setup with 2 canvas pantries, sink, and my BBQ grill. I hang a freshwater hose (white RV hose with inline filter) on the table, and I route an outdoor electrical extension cord for outdoor elec. skillet for pancakes and lights. I set up the stove with the table in an L-pattern so it really feels like a kitchen, and it all goes under a 12' x 12' shade tent. I have some decorative lights that I hang from the tent, and the lights change with the season/my mood!

I set up two recliner chairs and at least a couple of additional lounge-type chairs (family of 4).

In the summer, I hang 15" fans on two of the corners of the tent to provide air and blow away mosquitoes (the national bird in TX). In the winter, I wrap three (sometimes 4) of the walls of the tent with transparent tarps and then use LP heaters to provide some warmth.

I try to locate all of this in close proximity to the outdoor TV so I can watch the weather or news while cooking, but that's not a big priority.

I feel underworked. Usual setup is back until levelish, shut down, plug in electric, put down extra step platform, open awning, clip dog to retractable lead, run out slide, open cold one and sit down somewhere. ;-) Maybe I pull a comfy chair out of the bottom storage. Took me almost as long to write as it does to do it. That is why I like a MH. ;-)

Four chairs - two for us and two for whoever may come by to chat.
Small table to hold beverages.
Door mat the steps to minimize tracking dirt in.
Sometimes a large mat if the ground and time on station lends itself.
Awning usually deployed, but maybe not.

Our camping consists of 2-3 day trips. But we try to get the 'full effect' when we do get out.
I don't have any pics with our new motorhome. But I will after this weekends trip to Hersheypark Campground.

Are you also the guy that causes half of the neighborhood to lose power when you plug in your Christmas lights??

I am also a minimalist, two chairs, two small folding tables, a volcano grill and the stepstool. Then the bikes come off the toad and usually we are pedaling aroung the campground within 15-20 minutes. I do admire the OP's kitchen set-up, all I might add to my cooking set-up is a two burner electric plate.

Two weeks ago at a COE in Alabama I did see to me an amazing layout in that the pads for these sites were fairly large yet a couple camping in a very new, very large FW had the entire pad outlined with white LED strings laid out on the ground! There had to easlily be 300 ft. of lights plus numerous burning tiki lights. It all made for a very interesting sight.
