Long March tires
I purchased a used class A with Long March tires on it. I can't seem to find a tire inflation chart, of any kind, for this tire. I guess they're made in CHINA. Can anyone steer me to a comparable chart for these 225/70 19.5 tire? Sorry if this is posted to wrong group as I am a newbie. Thanks

Never heard of those tires but they do have a web site. There's a customer service number listed, give them a call. (888) 410-0604

You can't use a "comparable chart" since each manufacturer can only make them for their tires. Until you get one from the manufacturer the safedt thing is to run them at the pressure on the sidewall which is the MINIMUM pressure to support the MAXIMUM rating of the tire.

Look for a"max inflation" number on the sidewall. Inflate to that number if you don't know. My 22.5 take 100psi. Not sure about your 19.5s.

You should check the manufacturer dates, it might be time for new ones

Manufacturer country code is on the tire as well. Google "tire codes" and learn when and where your tire was made. I usually replace trailer tires every 3 or 4 years.

We use these on our triaxle trucks in the 22.5 size. They are import cheap tires and wear pretty fast. When new they are prone to being out of round and hard to balance. Since we usually cut tires vs wearing them out the difference in price is worth it. Over the road I would not buy them. Since you already have yours run them at max psi listed on the sidewall and start planning for some decent name brand tires in the not too distant future.

When you get around to replacing the 19.5s, take a look at Sailun brand--I had them on my last 450 and they wore very well, no flats/blowouts. LongMarch is a pretty junky chinese brand if I remember some stories correctly. Yes, run them at max psi listed on the sidewall if you can't find out anything better.
The 19.5s Continentals on my new 450 have a 3950psi load at 110psi pressure. I would buy them again if they weren't so pricey, thus I will probably go to Sailuns when I need to replace them.

How about Sumitomo Tires
My motor-home came with six new Sumitomo 22.5s. Does anyone here have any experience with them. They are designed for RV use according to the web site.

Don't own a MH, but have not heard anything negative about Sumis...I think you have a good tire, just take care of them.

The pressure molded into the sidewall of a heavy duty tire is NOT the maximum, it is the MINIMUM to support the MAXIMUM weight rating of the tire.
The tire construction takes into the pressure rise due to temperature change.

I would think the sidewall pressure rating is for the maximum cold psi needed to handle the listed weight for that psi. These numbers are all on the sidewall--max load for the listed max psi.
In that the construction takes into account the psi increase due to temperature rise, yes, the listed sidewall psi is not the maximum psi the tire will see...
