Long-term RV parking near LAX?

New to this forum, but we're hoping to get advice on where to park an RV on a long-term basis in the LAX area. I'm an airline employee and we'll utilize the RV less than half of the month, so safety and security are also important.
Thank you, Tom n Louise

Good luck on your search.......

NOT much to be had close by.
Dockweiler RV Park........LA County Park on the beach But only 21 days per 60 day period and 60 days total per calender year.
Not sure about how safe....it's an isolated area (power plants, chevron oil facility and at end of LAX flight path)
dbh-Home Detail

Then there is Golden Shore RV park in Long Beach
But travel can be a PITA due to traffic up the 405 (roughly 22 miles which could be 25-30 minute drive or 2 hours)
Not cheap either

Doesn't LAX still have employee RV parking in one of the LOTS?

There is a very small cg in Hermosa Beach. I lived there in 2004 and I see on google maps it still exists.....I just can't find the contact info. It is right off the PCH and 10th street. It is only long-term, and they always have a wait-list. It is a glorified parking lot (with full hookups) in an awesome location. Because everyone is long-term and packed in so closely, it is very safe. You can easily see it on the map, and may need to drive down there and talk to folks to get contact info. Dropped Pin

Check with your local hr folks as you are not the first person to ask and they may have a "hidden benefit" where they have arrangements in a lot or nearby storage that is handled by the local branch but not in any policy manusl.

Thank you for the replies. Yes, there is an employee RV lot, but right now they're closed for new entrants. Keeping an eye on that one. Appreciate the additional tips very much.
Sincerely, Tom n Louise

There's a Dockweiler Beach rv park that's not a county park. I think it's listed on the rvparkreviews under Playa del Rey. Not much in the area for rv's

And if anyone knows of a private party with land in the LAX area that's safe and that would be interested in accomodating our long term RV parking needs at competitive rates they can private message me or email us or call my cell.
Sincerely, Tom n Louise
