Arguably the best campsite we've ever had with this RV - ten years worth!

Our son together (I have two grown daughters) is away at college - University of California Santa Barbara. We picked him and his girlfriend up on Saturday morning and drove out to the county beach. It's quite a twisty road to get there and then we were treated with fantastic panoramas and a site right ON the beach!

The funniest thing was that it was pretty windy (on the ocean) and by 8pm it must have been blowing about 40 and sent all the tenters packing - they all packed up and left for the night!
Sigh...I used to go surfing there about 50 years ago when I was a student at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo when there were NO facilities of any kind...just the waves and you.

Nope. That's US 491 north of Gallup.
