About as close as you could get to the Chama River.
Some nice spots in there some are a little close. We nosed into the river the year before they turned it yellow with the Spill.

Rode the train to San Antonio, took the bus back, a nice trip.

No kidding. I didn't know the Chama was effected by the spill. Can't see any signs of it now.

So sorry. senior moment. Had it mixed up with our trip across the Million Dollar highway to Silverton.

Still a nice view across the river and the train ride was great.

On I-64 in VA. I was hoping to drive onto the Carrier, but went under it instead.

Mt Shasta is impressive standing all alone. My friends live just off 97 and they have that view out their front door.

One more.. this isn't out "windshield" per se - but it was taken while driving, just a motorcycle, not an RV - Enjoy

A few windshield shots

Campground near the Biltmore estate N.C., somewhere near Moab, Utah, Colorado, and South Dakota if my memory is correct. Of course I am driving so the wife is taking photo's. I usually stop for good photo's but this is supposed to be windshield photo's.
