Looking for a specific floor plan

I've been doing some research on DP floor plans and I want to get more info on plans with a bath in the rear of the coach and a "guest bath" in the hall way leading from the dinning/living rm to the bedroom. This doesn't seem to be a popular design. One example is the Newman Dutch Star 4084 like this one: 2009 Newmar Dutch Star 4084, Pensacola FL - - RVtrader.com

I want to stay under 40' if possible.

Anyone know if other builders offer this type floor plan?

Budget below $125,000.

Google "PPL" which is a large consignment dealer - they have floorplans as part of their ads...

Also found the Monaco Knight 40 DEF has a rear bath, along with the Itasca Ellipse 42 QD, and the 45' Country Coach Veranda. The last 2 are too big.

Is the rear bath floor plan a turn off for most folks. Just doesn't seem to be many around?

Tiffin Red 38QRA, total length is actually just under 40ft. Probably the same floor plan available in thier other coaches.

The rear bath uses up a lot of RV space. We never felt a need for an extra bath, even with guests.

I guess that's the reason you don't see many.
