Looking for advice
We are looking at purchasing our first travel trailer, which is a lightly used 2015 Keystone Passport 195RB in very good codition. I have three questions that you may be able to answer for me.
1. The roof decking under the one piece rubber roof can be depressed by hand pressure and move about a quarter of an inch. This is consistent on both edges of the roof but not in the middle or sides. There is no noticeable damage or indication of fasteners protruding from the decking into the rubber roof.
2. The rear wall panel where the spare tire is mounted is able to be depressed with a small amount of hand pressure over the complete surface. This seems consistent over the complete panel except where the spare tire is mounted, the wall attaches to the sides and the window is installed.
3. What would the fair market price be for this year and model Passport?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated as we really like this floor plan.
Thanks

Well, you will soon be inundated by advice...sit back and read.
Welcome to IRV2
Cannot help with this type of concern, never owned a lighter travel trailer. But if it worries you now, you probably will not quit thinking about it later. Have you looked at a similar unit and tried to push on the roof/rear wall? Thats the only way I can think of to get an answer.

If the movement is consistent throughout the roof or panel it is most likely not an issue. Rot will appear in specific areas. As far as price goes value is whatever the market will bear in the area and season it is being sold. Right now the demand is going up so prices are higher. I would say for that year camper around 40% off retail MSRP is probably a fair deal but adjustments need to be considered for condition.

If you like the rig but have concerns have it inspected and outline what you perceive as problems. The small cost will give you peace of mind.
Happy Trails!!

Firstly, welcome
OK, roof - some of the 'Lite' models have what is said to be a no-walk roof. I believe a Passport is one and that is to get the weight down.
Back panel - the spare is most likely mounted on a reinforced area while the rest of the panel is for all intent, free, with little attachment to studs.
Fair market value - start with NADA for RVs but it is only a guide, not a real price determiner. There is getting to be a glut of -3-5 year old RVs starting to show up on dealer's lots. Take that NADA published price and the average trade and you will come up with a sell price number. That trailer was most likely a trade if it's at a dealer where an owner found that he wanted 'more' and may have traded low. Make an offer.
A couple websites:
Passport
RV Prices, Values & Reviews - NADAguides
Good luck
