Looking for Bedding for our motorhome
Hello,
We are new to RVing. We just purchased a Hurricane 34B. We are looking for bedding for the master and the bunk beds. Where can we buy this from. The only place I have found that sells the correct size for the bunks wants $137 for sheets only per bunk. That feels a little salty. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks....

We use standard bedsheets and diaper pins on the corners to make them fit our "short" queen mattress.

We usually get them from Bed Bath & Beyond or similar places. Regular size stuff with the clip/strap things to tighten them up if need be. If is has RV attached to get ready to pay a premium.

Welcome to the forum! I do not have things into handy but if you do a search of these forums for sheets you should find a couple of vendors mentioned that make bedding for motorhome mattresses. If I recall the costs were not out of line.

Take a look at eBay. Thousands of ads for sheets. You can search for your size. You may have to click on a listing to get to the point you enter the size you want. I've ordered some and they were very prompt to ship.

We have used Advanced Bedding a couple of times. They offer a wide selection of sheets for RVs in different colors and fabrics. For fitted bottom sheets you can specify your mattress depth. They also stock a variety of related items such as mattress pads, bedspreads, etc.

I ordered a short queen sheet set from Camping World for a very reasonable cost. I believe they were about $35 or so - less than regular sheets would cost. Check and see if they have the sizes you need.

We bought all our bedding&Kithcen type stuff from, Costco, Penneys, Target ect. It all works fine and looks great for half the price. Stay away from the RV type stores for that kind of stuff as it is usually double the price and not as good of quality. Save your money for all the other gadgets you are going to want. By the time we picked up our MH we had about $2000 worth of "stuff" sitting in our house dining room just waiting to be loaded into the MH. That's all a part of the fun. Congrats on your new MH.

Thanks for all the great advice. I have now ordered sheets off eBay. They are coming from a place in India, as they were the only vendor that had the 80"x30" sets for the bunks. I will let you know how they turn out...

For whatever it's worth I buy all my bedding from the Salvation army or goodwill or any thrift store. I only will use 1005 cotton sheets on my body and some cotton feels very rough. With the money I save, as the sheets are cheap, I hire a seamstress and have the sheets custom fitted to my bed. All in all I know I'm going to like what I'm sleeping on.
