I would agree with you that the Bal-Chock in BadDog's post that he referenced is not worth a penny so don't waste your money.
However, that doesn't make ALL Bal-Chocks bad. I have a Bal X-Chock that was referenced in a very early post that I had made and I would put my money on that one all day. In fact I ended up buying that specific Bal-Chock versus the more expensive Roto-Chocks.
That's why we are able to make our own choices for products to better our RV lifestyle.
