I have never heard them utter a word, they are always hung up.

Bounce dryer sheet will also remove them if you get at them quickly enough, like the end of the days ride.

Yup ... works pretty well. I have found nearly any dryer sheet works ... wet it in a bucket of water, rub gently, repeat and rinse. You may need a bunch of the sheets.

My neighbor swears by The Love Bug Eraser but I haven't tried one.

The best thing I've found is Rejex. You just wipe it on with a soft cloth, wait a few minutes until it clouds up, then wipe the excess off with another soft cloth. It's like a plastic coating that lasts several months if applied correctly. When you get to your destination just use a water hose and most of the bugs will just come right off. The others don't need much persuasion!

It's kind of hard to find. I got mine at an Ace Hardware. You can treat an entire RV with it if you want. Produces a fantastic shine!

I order a bottle of Rejex from Amazon today. I plan on using it on the toad as well.

I am looking at the Ace Hardware website, but they do not show Rejex. Could it be under another name? I was hoping to find it at a local store,

Will "Protect All" work OK? I bought some of this last May when I could not find the two other products. But I did not need to use then.

BTW, Rejex is made by Corrosion Technologies .... they also make Corrosion-X, an amazingly good lubricant and rust preventive coating.

No, I don't think it would be under another name. Maybe they don't stock it anymore. You might check with a local Ace Hardware. Good luck!

Nearest distributor seems to be:
Pensacola Eagle's Talon 124 E 9 Mile Rd 850.475.0808

You might try all the local marine products stores. Sometimes you can find it at locations that service aircraft.
