We have a sofa sleeper in the back of the trailer, and I'd like to replace it with something that has storage rather than a bed. Any ideas where to find that? And by storage, I mean real storage, not a hollow arm rest. Thanks!

Check with your local upholstery shop. They could make one to fit.

I am looking for the same thing, loveseat with storage comparment, and found a few on Amazon, with heat and massage with the middle storage.

My front room sofa/bed has about 8 inches clearance off the floor at all times. I took the front kick panel off and reattached it with magnets. Easy to access and stays put on the road (after doubleing up on the magnets). Three good size storage boxes slide in with space on the tops, side, and front for other items. Extension cords, flag and pole, outside antennas and cords, etc.

Now if I could just remember what I put in the boxes when I need it.

Thomas Payne available through camping world. Consider making your own using a hand made base with storage and a Jacknife on top. Google rv sofa with storage and you'll find lots of ideas. I always go to the "Images" tab to see the possibilities to choose from.

Thanks for the ideas - Google is wonderful for finding all kinds of stuff, but not actual user experiences. Most of what I see in the RV industry is rather...well, the quality sucks. Looking for reputable sources and personal experience. I wouldn't mind making one, but don't really have the facilities available to do a decent job.
