I Goggled "Propane Solomon Island, MD" and got several hits back.

When looking up places for propane make sure they sell metered or bulk propane.

I have found quite often that U Haul stores sell bulk propane.

What I do if I'm in a strange land and need propane is

Google; Propane {zip code}

And look for a company that has delivery trucks (Tanker type) on their web page.. at least most of the time.

A couple springs ago I took a slightly different route.. but .. Well, I'm not exactly a stranger in that town.. I called the dealer (Who is out in the middle of nowhere) and confirmed they were open and the price (Very nice). Though these wholesale stores are USUALLY the best price, do confirm first, some are not so kind.

She wanted to give me directions to the tank farm.. I told her I could find it.. You see 42 years ago it was a dairy farm.. I grew up on a dairy farm.. Same one.

Seneca, SC. there is a propane wholesaler who gouges their customers. DO NOT go there. Go to the ACE hardware instead.

Look into getting the extend-a-stay delux hooked up to your rig - when I'm out of propane, I find the nearest gas station with my car and swap my empty baby blue rhino out for a full one

The Extend-a-stay (or Stay-a-while) is a good suggestion as well.

NOTE: I have seen some folks "Home brew" these... The home brewed ones scare me big time. Use a genuine article.

I assume you realize that LP is just another term for propane? LP/propane should be available at many locations in your area.
