LP leaking from regulator weep hole

LP tank is full. I assume regulator is faulty?

I assume you are right.
LP regulators are inexpensive and easy to replace.

The opening is a vent and leaking propane means the diaphragm has a hole in it.

That is a 30# High pressure single stage regulator used to drop propane cylinder pressure down (~200# to 30#) on the 'off side' cylinder before crossing over front cap of 5vr to main 2 stage auto changeover regulator

RED denotes the high pressure.

Weep hole is actually a vent on air side of diaphragm so that air can move in/out of regulator body as diaphragm moves.

Diaphragm is leaking......replace with a 30# RED Regulator

THat link goes to a Marshall MEGR-630B Model which has been 'discontinued'
Replacement is the MEGR-130-30 Model

American RV has that one......for $16.80
