mail forwarding services

Hello, .
My mail forwarding service is closing down.
Homebase. Can anyone recommend a good mail forwarding service in Oregon that uses a physical address along with a PMB. We lived in Oregon and decided to full time about 15 years ago. Now we need a new mail forwarding service out of Oregon.

Why does it have to be located in Oregon. We use Good Sam Mail Forwarding which is located in Florida. We live in Washington and have the USPS fwd our mail to Good Sam and have them hold it long enough for us to land somewhere long enough to send for it online. You can start/stop both ends online.
