The one that meets YOUR needs.

Some just accept mail then forward it
Some scan/e-mail it to you

What state are you going to use for your domicile?
Check out the NUMEROUS mail forwarding services in that state as that woulkd be your domicile address of record.

SD.........
Alternative Resources, MyDakotaAddress, Americas Mailbox etc

TX..........
Escapees

Fl......
St. Brendan's Isle, American Home Base

Remember.......
Mail forwarding is what they do.
ALL seems to do a good job
Have yet to see posting about one doing it wrong

We've been quite pleased with Escapees.

We also use Escapees ... they send us accumulated USPS mail/FedEx/UPS pretty much every week. You just need to call and give them your current address. And they don't charge a handling fee to do it!

PS. As an added bonus, we used our Escapees address as our domicile address.

We've used Escapees for 16+ years of full-timing.

We use MyDakotaAddress. Terri has been great for almost 9 years. Even as they have grown the service has remained personal and fast. She even handled all the paperwork when we traded out rigs. Just signed the forms, sent the sales contract and a check. She walked it across the street to the courthouse. Never charged us extra. Sends our mail when we ask which has now narrowed down to about once every 6 to 8 weeks

We get hardly anything important via US Mail anymore, so our forwarding needs are minimal. We just have the USPS forward to our daughters house, and every once in awhile she tosses any non-junk mail into a Priority Mail envelope and sends it to wherever we are at the time. For one-off items like mail order packages, I have them sent to a campground address that accepts mail for guests.

If you depend on getting a lot of mail, or get critical things by mail, you probably want one of the full-service forwarders, e.g. St Brendans, Escapees, Dakota Post, etc. However, it's often easier to shift important notifications to electronic delivery. Most all companies/banks/etc offer that alternative these days.

There are a half dozen professional mail forwarding outfits spread over the 3 fulltimer states. They all do a good job. The mail handling itself is easy and less important than the state/county you choose for your domicile. If you setup your affairs correctly you should be receiving very little hard copy mailings.
I use Americas Mailbox in SD and after 8 yrs, I'm very happy with their services.

FL, SD, and TX all have mail services. Get one that scans the envelope into your personal account on ther web site so you can see what has arrived. Also use one that you can manage your mail through there web site, no need to call.
The only mail service that does not make any sense to me is the Escapees Florida address (thier Tx address seems fine).
We use St. Brendon's Isle mail service out of Florida.

How does prescription by mail work....some meds come in coolers? Do they contact you asap to get the address to ship to? Some it takes about a week from the time you place the order to when I would normally receive at the house mailbox.

DW gets a biological that requires refrigeration. Out mail order pharmacy will send it to what ever location you have to be at. Most RV parks will accept packages for renters. For State Parks and the occasional CG that may not accept mail you can have it sent to General Delivery at a post office you specify.
