Hi
I am looking for my max weight ratings on my axels
Since the problem of lower front (after installing new springs 5000 LBS) on my this motorhome thor fourwinds 28 A
The dive was before new springs 17 cm now its 8 cm still i want to lower it for aearodynamics (fuel cost)
Also i asked Thor they stated (Due to the age of this coach, we have no information available to provide you.)

So where can i find the max rating for my axel this to prevent overload on my rear axel .

i only see normal weight not any max weight ratings , so does any one has a idea how to find this
I have a number 3 on the six location so i guess i have a P chasis workhorse
But with one ??

cees....inside your coach, on the wall near the driver's seat, there will be a placard placed by the chassis builder and labeled "CHASSIS IDENTIFICTION DATA". This will show the maximum axle weight ratings for your chassis when built. The numbers are labeled as GAWR (gross axle weight rating) FRONT, and GAWR REAR.

There may also be a second placard, applied by the coach body builder, that shows the same data, labeled the same way.

And remember, that only the vehicle manufacturer can change the ratings. NOTHING you add or can add will change that. That's Federal Law BTW.

Your 2005 Thor Four Winds 28A is on a G3500 (according to one of your previous posts - are you sure it's not a 4500?). I don't believe the Workhorse chart you posted, with the P series chassis is applicable.

Then i am already on the max in the rear axel
mmm what to do now?
still saging 8 cm with new spring in front
And i am already max in the back..............
