Michelin XPS RIB tires

Has anyone tried these tires on their Class C? Talking to Michelin authorized dealer he recommended these over the Defender...

I am using FMCA discount, so would like to stay with Michelin brand. Currently have Continental tires and have had two side wall issues on 5yr old tires.

Thanks for your quick responses as I need to let the dealer know what to order...

The XPS RIBs are more durable than the Defender, probably because of their commercial - all steel - design and retreadability. However, they are a summer tire. If you travel at all in cold slushy areas the RIBs won't be the best choice.

Note: "Highway Rib Summer tires are not intended to be driven in near-freezing temperatures, through snow or on ice."
