After running for a while to operating temp. taking an oil sample will tell you if there is Glycol in the oil indicating a liner leak, cracked cylinder head, oil cooler leak etc. $25 well spent.
If you buy it, take a sample every year before dropping the oil and you will get a picture.

Lots of good info here. Since I didn't see it mentioned earlier (or just missed it) check the age of the tires. Six years so about the age most people recommend replacing, regardless of what the tread looks like.
Also check if al recalls have been done, especially on the fridge.
