Missed it by that much!!

So I'm looking for a small MH, Check craigslist sunday morning and spot one just north of Boston(4hrs away) that looks promising. Call and speak with the owner, sounds good tell him on on my way. Get 200miles into the trip and the owner call me and tells me it just sold So a waste of $100 of gas and tolls, back to the drawing board.
Anybody know of a class C or B+ for sale Thats in good shape. Not looking to spend over 15K. First timer want a nice starter MH 22-26ft
Thanks JKaz

If $100 is all you waste in looking for a MH you'll be in good shape!

Wait to you buy one and see the kind of $$$ you'll start to 'invest'.

Just a thought, don't discount a small class A. We have a 95 Flair 22D which we love. Lots of livability in a small package.

I hear you, I was looking at a rexhall 22' but the way the bathroom was set up was strange. Looks like the toilet was in the bedroom. Think I found a class C 24' 1997 v10 with 90k on it. for 9k orginally from the south west. Unit is clean no leaks or delamanation. No tow hitch(for now). I'm test driving it on Sat. Wish me luck. Watch out for the stated length on MHs. A 22 becomes a 23.5, a 24 becomes a 25.11. We had a space to store our Flair at my office. She sticks out into the alley 8 inches. No problem with parking enforcement and NO storage fees.

Also, we are thrilled with the vision and livability of a class A. The one we had before this was a Class C MinnieWinnie 21RG. The climb into the overhead becomes daunting. We are about 2000 miles and 3 weeks into our latest trip and the wife and I are still speaking to each other.
