Some may recall my new tv mount / wall brace. Finally got back on it and created a template for the face, cut out the face from 3/16" Alucobond. Mounted and fired up tbe tv, 29" Samsung. Now have to pull it back apart and paint it black. Works awesome and the built in tilt is perfect.

Amazon, for the USB port and outlet (Blue Sea Systems), Hittime 2 Wire Blue LED Panel LED Display Voltage Meter Voltmeter. All mounted in a smoked piece of plexiglass that has the back sprayed with plastic paint. The switches are Radio Shack.

....still working on that little hitch.
I will be connecting it to 12 volts with a small DC to DC converter to limit the voltage to limit the chances of overheating. The RGB LEDs came with a 110 plug in supply. We dry camp so going 12 volt is for us.
So as of the picture it runs through the overhead cabinet to the 110 outlet.

You can buy 12 volt LED light strips that won't need a converter.

Got my hands on the black paint and spray bed liner again. Sprayed the steps and aluminum in the storage bay with the bed liner. Sprayed the aluminum fenders and side vent black.

Any chance of more details on the TV mod? I am already looking at alternatives to the TV in ours.
