Not sure how many people have a bit of a memory lapse regarding which side of the vehicle the fuel tank is on. For those that have several vehicles and sometimes forget, I have a little hint. I made some little lables with an arrow printed on them. I put the label on the up-side of the visor on the driver side pointing to the fuel tank. Seems to work for us.

That is a great idea. Fortunately for me, mine has the arrow printed on the dash below the fuel level gauge. If the industry would standardize on which side to put the fill on, it would make life much easier at the gas station.

If they put them all on the same side, then everybody will want the same side of the pump.

Yeah, JJ - sometimes it's just not much fun getting older. To Bubba - we have two Saturns and the fuel filler is on different sides - go figure - one is a 2007 and one is a 2001. We had a 2002 Silverado and it didn't have an arrow, and neither does our 2007 Winnebago. Maybe we should just get newer or more expensive vehicles!!!

On both of our cars there is a little arrow on the fuel gauge pointing to the side that the fill is on (One Ford, one Saturn)
