My experience using Coachnet

On Saturday night of labor day weekend, we had a front wheel hub fail on our Ram while pulling a fifth wheel. This is my third year with Coachnet and my first time needing service. I called their service number and was greeted by a young lady who really seemed sympathetic to our problem. After telling them of my plight they quickly found a towing service (City Wide towing) that did a professional job of getting us to a safe location. The following day we got a mechanic from Lambert Customs to come and assess the situation. As it was unsafe to drive even to his garage a few miles away we got City Wide to move it there this time on our dime. I must say Lambert Customs did a very good job of making the repair in not only a very short time, but I watched while he did the repair and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a repair in the Springfield, Ohio area. Coachnet took care of us just as I felt they should unlike Good Sam who a few years back just left us on the side of the road. Thanks Coachnet.

I started out with nothing and I still have most of it left

Glad to hear it worked out.

Coach-net would not pick up the tab for the second tow? I had a similar situation with good Sam ers and they paid both tows

Usually not, only the first one is usually covered by CoachNet although they did authorize an add'l tow when we found out that the FL shop lied to them and us. Didn't even unhook the MH from the truck, just called in and after talking with the driver they took as an add'l 18 miles back the way we came and to the shop I wanted to go to anyway.
FL shop told CoachNet and us they could take it in immediately but when we got there they lied and said they never said that. FL claimed that they told us a week but CN had it on tape that they said immediately!

Same thing happened to me. Coach Net rules. Check your RV insurance policy. They may reimburse for your second tow. It is only $6 a year on my policy.
