Thanks for the reply. I’ve attempted to log-in with no luck. Even attempting to reset my password results in an error message. Says it’s having trouble communicating with servers and tells me to try again. I guess I’ll call them and see if they can help.

Sometimes it helps to delete an app and reinstall it.

Or power off your device and restart it.
