NCDARV Show

We just returned from the North Carolina Dealer Association RV show in Charlotte. We took a couple that was looking for their first RV, probably a small 5er. We wanted to see some of the luxury coaches and larger fifth wheels.

Could not believe how many small towables there were there. Everything from popups to 5ers. Tom Johnson had a 45' Eagle and a 40' Revolution & Discovery. The Winnabego bath and 1/2 was on display too. And that was it.

We especially wanted to see the new Open Road or Open Range luxury 5er, cant remember the exact name. It's the one with the front living room and front end cap with a window. Very nice floor plan. Not sure how practical. But it wasn't there either.

All in all, disappointed. Anyone else go to this show? It was advertised as the largest RV show in NC. Can't say it lived up to that claim either.

Same thing last year... Only there were 2 shows on the same weekend.. Camping World has bullied all the other dealers out of displaying at this show.... Don't know when CW's show will be... Check Craig's list for bargains.... All the best... D
