Need a part not mfg anymore.

Good 'ole Attwood really did it to a lot of RV'ers just recently, and most don't even know it! I'll tell it as it happened to us. The right front leveler went nuts and is broke. But so is the control board too. Attwood quit making (I'm sure some PC house is making them for Attwood) the control board P/N 66274 which is for a Diesel Pusher with air ride. But the new board won't work with existing jacks. Real nice of them, huh!
Found a place that MIGHT be able to fix the board. This is where you say ,"There ought to be a law against this stuff!!!!!" Unless your the mfg, then your soooooo happy, think of all the money your going to steal from people, and it's legal!! Anyways, Does anyone know how to look for a board at a RV wrecking yard? Please let me know if you might have a board or know where one is. I'm going to see if I can find RV wrecking yards on the net. Many thanks, Ken and Karen

Also try the multiple salvage sales shops in Elkart Indiana. They buy up tons of stock from all of the RV manufacturers

Personally I would not be comfortable with a used electronic control board, (except to put it in until a new one was found).

What makes you so sure the board has an issue? I'd be willing to bet half of the boards that are replaced are done so as a guess that "might" or "should" fix a problem.

Do the rest of the jacks work normally?

Atwood level legs control bd

Mel, you didn't read the post close enough. Good 'ole Atwood obsoleted the board, I or anyone, can't get a new one. That's why I'm trying to find a used one. I've tried quite a few RV wrecking yards, still no luck so far.
Or, I can do like Atwood wants us to do, buy a whole new system for over 3K $$. Real nice of them. I'd like to ask the President of Atwood why they did this to so many people. Oh well.............

AHicks, we tested the board numerous ways, with a qualified RV tech and good'ole Atwood on the phone. They confirm its bad. I really wish it wasn't bad, believe me.

As a supplier of electronic components and accessories I can assure you that they did not make this change to force you to buy a new system. I recently killed a line of instruments because certain chips and other components of the circuit boards were no longer available. After exhausting every old stock and "removed for repair" board we had laying around we had no choice but to list the units as obsolete. Nothing is changing as rapidly as the electronics world except possibly the medical world, (which we also are a player in), so anything that is 10 years old in design is suspect and subject to obsoletion. Just how it is.

Just because "Good 'ole Atwood obsoleted the board" does not mean that nobody makes a replacement board.
Most everything about my coach has been obsolete for at least 8 years.. but with a lot of effort, and little ingenuity, I've managed to get everything that broke fixed, (so far).
Methinks you gave up to soon...... keep trying.
Good luck.

Have you considered getting a second opinion? I don't know you, or who you're working with, but I can tell you with absolute confidence there are a LOT of "qualified RV techs" that aren't as qualified as they would have you believe....

Even those that are more than capable when servicing some things, are completely lost when it comes to others. There's a LOT of country to be covered between the front and rear bumpers of a MH. Darn few are capable of all of it with an equal degree of competency...

RV salvage and surplus yards in the U.S. and Canada
Get on the phone and begin inquiring about your PC board.
