Question Need advice on valve stem extensions.

I've got dually tires on the back of my class c rv. On one side are tire valve stem extensions which make checking the pressure simple. The other side does not have these extensions and I am not able to get a tire gauge on the valve stems. It looks like there may have been extensions at some time which were removed. I am not sure what I need to buy. It appears that the holders for the valve stem extensions are riveted to the hub in the middle of the rim, but one of the holders is broke off. Would I need to buy a new middle hub or can I attach a new extension holder? Also, what type extensions are needed? A quick search on Amazon resulted in a number of different extension configurations. Pictures are attached below. First picture is the wheel without extensions and the other is the wheel with the extensions.

the extension holders are usually held in with pop rivets. If you buy a new set of extensions the holders will come with it. You may have to use a larger pop rivet since the hole may be a bit larger due to wear. check the size of tire and get the extension that fit that size ie: 16" inch tire get extension for 16 : tire. hope this helps.
