Need Help-Flashing Ceiling Lights

We have a 2012 Pacific Coach Works trailer. Recently when we turn on the main interior lights they all start flashing and you can hear a "clicking" sound as well. As soon as we turn on an additional light like one in the bathroom all the lights stop flashing. I'm at a loss as to what is causing this?

Any ideas?

Thanks

Are you plugged into Shore power OR running just off trailer battery?

On shore power...converter issue
On Battery .....battery issue

Need to check ALL wiring connections on DC Dist Panel (where the fuses are)
And at battery posts...plus ground to frame connection

Can you track down the clicking noise? I'd say finding that would give you a hint as to what the problem is.
If it's inside a wall or ceiling you might consider using a mechanic's stethoscope to help narrow down where the sound is coming from .

Welcome to the forum.

We're sorry that it took a problem for you to join us, but we hope that you will stay engaged after you have a resolution.

As for the lights, could it be a bad trip back to the days of disco? As was said, look for the clicking noise as your first step.

We are currently plugged into our house power. It started on our last camping trip while plugged in as well.

Think the noise may just be the sound of the lights turning off and on as they flash. Sound and the flashing of the interior lights is very similar to the blinker on a car.

Check incoming AC voltage to converter......then DC Output to Fuse panel

Disconnect Battery POS cable at fuse panel so you are testing just converter

IF AC Voltage is steady AND converter DC is steady (13.2V Minimum)
then connect battery POS cable and test again.
