Don't forget to email me pictures for our April header. If you don't want to email them, you can post them to this thread. Deadline for submission is March 15.
Minimum Requirements...
- 1260 pixels wide
- High Quality Photos
- The cropped area will be roughly 8.4 times as wide as it is high (1260 x 150 pixels)
Think spring (please!) so dig into your digital photo albums & send me/post here those pictures.

That's a beautiful vista, but I don't think it'll work, Mike. It's not wide enough. If I crop it down to the approx 8:1 ratio we need, I loose all the sky/landscape & at least 1/3 of the top of the carved rock is cut off (see below) - which is the subject of the photo. If I try to keep the sky/landscape, I lose the rock.
Keep lookin' though. I'm sure you've got some wide angle shots in your stash.

Well, we're avid boaters, and I have a few stitched pano pics from our trips (BTW, we're usually RVing while boating!)
That said--
This was nearly 7(!) years ago, during our vacation at Flaming Gorge reservoir, back when we were towing a 25' boat with a 27' Winnebago!
This was last year at Flaming gorge, an evening shot of Linwood Bay--
Speaking of Flaming Gorge, this is the "flaming gorge" it's named after:
This is a shot of Utah Lake taken from our boat harbor--
This is the same basic shot as above, but taken with my wife's cell phone last March when the ice was melting off the lake, and the sun had gone down....

Looking west across Utah Lake again, one night when a storm was coming in... 
Beach camping at Yuba Reservoir (Utah) July 4th weekend last year, sun is going down, storm is coming in...
