We are going to Wing Ding ( Goldwing M/C Rally) in July. It is being held in Tulsa, at the Expo Center. I checked the CG reviews here, and it basically has a parking spot for RV's but not much in the way of amenities.
Can someone suggest a nice CG in the Tulsa area that may not be too far from the Expo center. I am going to be in a Class A, and would like full hookup with 50 amp. If you can steer me in the right direction it sure would be appreciated. We will be running hectic schedule all day at the rally for about 4 days and I would like to just be able to stay somewhere that is clean, quiet and spacious.

Since there is a limited number of RV parks around the area unless you go out of town to the area lakes, I would recommend that you consider the Expo square camping area. It is quiet since it is not on any major highway and such and it will be right where you need to be. It will be somewhat close together but right there. If I was coming to something at Expo Square I would stay there. (And I live here). As a bonus there is a mall close by and you will be right in the midtown area. If you have any other questions please PM me. I hope you have a great visit!

Like Tom, noted, there is not much in the way of RV parks "in" Tulsa. We lived just outside Tulsa and the nicer places are at the area lakes which puts you a fair ways out of town.
The Expo center is a paved parking area with hook ups, but is the nicest place to stay in the area.

The CORP park at Lake Gibson ( Taylors Ferry on hw 21) and the State park Sequoyah also on hw 21 are only about 30 miles from (Tulsa) Broken Arrow. We stayed at Taylors Ferry and it is nice. We also visited the State park and it is also nice. I believe the SP has sewer/Elec/water and the corp park has Elec/water with a dump. Recommend both of these CGS s/Toby
