New boat [emoji571]*♀️

Just ordered the Seaeagle 9 for the RV. According to the company it will run between 4 to 5 hours but we will see. This is a lot cheaper then renting stuff at the places we go and the price is great. Click image for larger version

Just got the Sea Eagle FishSkiff 16 for the RV. She is powered by the Torqeedo Travel 1003 CS, the 3hp electric outboard will push her up to 7.5 mph. Because of the 15 psi inflation pressure she is as solid as a fiberglass boat.

Try Costco, Walmart, or your favorite battery supply store and tell them you want a Class 24 marine deep-cycle battery. Not a starting battery but a deep-cycle battery. Starting Batteries look the same as deep-cycle batteries but fully discharging and recharging a starting battery will ruin it in a very short time.

You should also pick up a "Minn Kota Trolling Motor Power Center" is ideal for small boats that do not have battery compartments. It also has a pair of 12-volt accessory plugs and manual circuit breakers

SWEET!! Enjoy
We had a TC and pulled our 20ft Lund behind it but when we sold all that rig we went for a toyhauler and now carry our kayaks with us. Hubby got the outrigged fishing kayak with a troll motor, he loves it.

Have tons of fun with that and SO agree to rent when out and about is costly, you will get your money back real fast!

I had a seaeagle 11 10 years ago. Used it on the lakes in N.Y.S. Excellent, but had one problem. Trying to get it back into the sack it came in.

Ok kit came in today some assembly required. Also ordered battery box and spare propellers. Trying to figure out which battery to get. I have a solar cell I can install on the canopy just a thought.

What are you running with the battery? Just the trolling motor? I'd probably get an interstate Group 24 or 27.. that will run that trolling motor all day, and be light enough to move around.

Wally would have some similar batteries.

and a regular old battery charger... .. not a trickle charger, but a full on portable charger that plugs into 110. I'd have to research current models.

Heading to Florida this Thursday and will get a chance to check her out. Put a 55 watt solar panel on the canopy to trickle charge the battery installed running led lights and anchor light with dive flag. Made a set of wheels to move it on the ground. Will post pics unless I become a member of Gilligens islands [emoji267].
