Definitely a "free" WiFi connection.

Next would be a cappuccino machine and a stocked humidor.

Mike,
If you have a stocked humidor you better add a good exhaust fan.

Some beverages (ice water, etc)a few comfortable chairs (not sofas), some RECENT magazines, clean restrooms, in a quiet place. Maybe a selection of "take one leave one" paperback books. That's the sort of stuff I appreciate.

Don't mind a couple if vending machines with significant snacks in case there is an extended wait.

Mostly, thanks for asking!

Ugly girls ain't no such thing as an ugly girl, some are just better lookin then others. Mike I'm sure what ever you decide to do will be much better then the other service centers. Have a look at what Camping world does, they have nice waiting areas on the whole. Just don't forget the dancers

Might want to offer the customers a table and chairs so they can set up their computer equipment and worked relaxed. Something like a large card table w/ 4 chairs. I settle for coffee w/ cream and sweetener.

Thanks.
