There's a new chat room that just started up this week! It was formed at the request of chatters from another website group who lost their home.
We are an active group of RVers from all over the US as well as Canada, who have been meeting nightly in chat for over ten years. We also have a national rally yearly as well as occasional mini rallys.
Please Drop in and visit us in the iRV2 Chatters room. We usually show up around 8pm Eastern and are active until 9:30 to 10:00 each and every night.
All are welcome!

Welcome to iRV2.com. I hope you find iRV2 to be a welcoming, new home. Good luck with your chat!
FYI - years ago a group of us came to iRV2 when the old Prodigy online system shut down its RV and chat section. We've been doing Fireside Chat every Wednesday at 9 PM ever since. Fireside Chat is open to anyone to use anytime, but the organized time to be sure to find someone there is at 9PM Eastern time on Wednesdays. I am the chat host for that room at that time. I've been trying to get other chat nites going for years but was never able to find hosts for other times. Fireside Chat is an open topic chat, just like sitting around a campfire, but you have to bring your own marshmallows.

Skip..Congrats on finding IRV2. I am sure you will find this will be a good home for your group!
I am glad web do have the chat rooms set up - I just feel bad that I am usually not home from work when it starts... obviously I like t chat ...probably good for all of you that I am not home yet!

I too am one of the left overs from Prodigy Wed night chats. I found this group shortly after Prodigy shut down in Canada and for the last 9 years have been involved with the people in this chat. I also remember names like KAl from Seguim, and ____from Red Bay and of course Fiver(Driver).
Come in and visit any night.

My sincere appologies- we usually start around 8pm CENTRAL and we're usually in there until about 9:30pm CENTRAL!

On the irv2 home page click on features mid way near the top and then click on chat rooms and then on irv2 chatters
I think you need to download Java to chat??

As a 10 or 11 year paticipant of the other chat room I'm glad that you have welcomed us to this web page and chat room. Now if I could only get into the chat room?? Believe its because I'm connected by WiFi and it won't load. I'll find out when we get back home and I get back on my Road Runner connection. In the meantime I wish everyone the best of luck in our new location.

Wow, I'll have to try the Chatters room. Many years ago I used to go to the other chat room. I remember Reno from there and I believe I remember Terbie. Will have to give it a try.
